Sylvester Okoyomon

Hello, and welcome to my page. I’m Sylvester. I’m a corporate trainer, personal growth strategist, author and public speaker.

I trained as an Engineer with a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering but I am passionate about human capital development with my core expertise in personal development and self mastery, conflict resolution, civility in the workplace and customer relationship management.

I host a weekly podcast called iLead (Intentional learning and development) and a yearly "Dress up" conference.

On week days, I work as a retail sales advisor and customer service professional for one of Nigeria's leading telecommunications companies and at my spare time (which is mostly on weekends,😊I run a training and coaching company as well as work with the British Council as an exams invigilator.

I’m also interested in travels and volunteering.

I am happily married and I presently reside in Benin City.
