I craft products that solve real problems, powered by empathy, data, and a quiet obsession with detail. As a Product Manager—and an amateur writer and poet—I see every product as a story waiting to be told: one where user needs are the protagonists, technology is the language, and measurable impact becomes the plot twist that keeps everyone invested.
Over the past eight years, I’ve led 0-to-1 products across industries as diverse as AI Safety Tech, Healthcare, Sports Technology, and IoT Telematics. My journey has been guided by a single principle—transforming complexity into clarity—and ensuring that innovation always serves people, not the other way around.
At Navatech AI, where I currently lead product initiatives, I had the opportunity to build an AI-driven Safety Tech platform. Before that, I served as Product Manager at Connect and Heal Primary Care, a role that tested both my analytical acumen and my empathy. My earlier experience at Smart Cricket Global Limited was where I truly honed the art of transforming ideas into tangible products. As an Assistant Manager in Sports Technology, I oversaw the development of smart wearables and broadcast systems designed to make the game more intelligent and immersive. This experience made me appreciate the harmony between hardware precision and software fluidity—an understanding I still apply in product roadmaps today.
Before Sports Tech came IoT, the foundation of my systems-level thinking. At Intellicar Telematics, I wore two hats—first as Operations Executive, later as a Hardware Design Engineer. I led installation operations IoT devices across India, bridging the gap between on-ground execution and backend analytics. Later, by engineering and delivering keyless entry systems.
Across all these chapters, my throughline has been curiosity—about people, processes, and possibilities. Whether in AI-driven automation, telehealth innovations, or IoT integration, I’ve consistently strived to bridge technical complexity with human relevance. Every milestone, from reducing turnaround times to achieving multi-crore deals, rested on collaboration, clarity, and a deep respect for cross-functional synergy.
Product management, for me, is a dialogue between logic and intuition. Data helps me understand what’s happening; empathy helps me understand why. That’s why in discovery sessions, I prefer to start with listening—not to collect requirements, but to capture context. Whether it’s a field worker struggling with incident reporting or a clinician navigating digital fatigue, I believe great products begin by understanding the silent pain points behind visible outcomes.
But my identity isn’t confined to roadmaps, metrics, or stand-ups. I’m also a writer—a poet who finds solace in metaphors, rhythm, and the strange beauty of unplanned sentences. Writing grounds me. It teaches patience, sharpens observation, and helps me distill chaos into coherence—an ability that naturally extends into my work as a product leader. When I craft PRDs or strategic narratives, I approach them much like a poem: each line deliberate, each idea interconnected, each word carrying intent. My side writing often explores themes of curiosity, creativity, and the human condition—interests that remind me why empathy can never be automated.
What I love most about product building is its paradox: you orchestrate clarity in ambiguity and find certainty by embracing change. Whether I’m setting vision for agentic AI systems or simplifying telehealth workflows, I aim to turn every product into a meaningful interaction—one that aligns stakeholder goals, organizational impact, and user delight into a coherent experience.
As I look ahead, I’m drawn to opportunities that push the boundaries of what technology can do for humans. My north star remains the same: to build products that marry intelligence with empathy, innovation with integrity. I’m particularly passionate about shaping the next wave of intelligent systems that empower teams to work smarter and live safer—whether in safety-first industries, healthcare ecosystems, or beyond.
I believe the best products aren’t built—they’re nurtured. They grow from conversations, insights, and moments of curiosity shared across disciplines. My goal is to continue partnering with visionary teams that challenge conventions, bring structure to chaos, and create solutions that actually move the needle. Because at the intersection of data and humanity lies purpose—and that’s the space I call home.
If you’ve made it this far, thank you for reading my story. Whether you’re a founder looking to shape disruptive technology, a recruiter searching for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, or a fellow PM passionate about building things that matter—I’d love to connect. After all, every product—and every relationship—begins with a single conversation.
