Ian Battisson

I have a passion for creativity and strive to get the best out of all circumstances. In life we face different challenges both at work and outside of work; I try to think ‘outside of the box’ and believe that every problem has a solution.

I currently work in a small team at Shearbarn Holiday Park. Being in a close team can sometimes cause friction. However I work hard to ensure that we all get on and do our best for the business. After all, working together as a collective is far better than a group of individuals working for themselves. I am responsible for thinking of creative and innovative ways of marketing the park and for the development of our website and web prowess.

I enjoy work but also understand the importance of a healthy work/life balance. I therefore enjoy my down time and hobbies with friends and family. Football is a huge passion of mine; I love watching and playing the game.
