After getting married in October, working as a cook, and interning at a pastured livestock farm in Ohio, my wife and I are going to South Africa for a month. (read about that in the link below) We will be moving to Madison, WI in May and I will be cooking at the Underground Food Collective.
I am a cook that was formally trained in sustainable agriculture and economics. With my diverse set of experiences, I am striving to illuminate a fresh, more full understanding of what it means to be engaged with a locale through both cooking, agriculture, and wildcrafting. I am deeply convicted in my search to enact real and lasting change in this world so that I can say I truly left it better than I found it.
