Ian McDaniel

An experienced technology professional, Ian McDaniel has spent years in the field as a staff and program manager, maintaining clear communications with clients as well as higher management. His specialties include delivering advanced solutions in a wide range of areas from software development to planning and budgeting. Esteemed for his contributions, Ian McDaniel holds honors such as the 2007 Best Project Delivery within the Data Distribution Infrastructure Division and the Global Corporate Operations Technology Team Recognition Award.

In 1998, Ian McDaniel accepted a position as a Senior Programmer with the New York-based company ICP, Inc. During his two and a half years with ICP, he assisted with the development of its e-commerce system, website, and other technologies. He then spent two years with Accenture in New Providence, New Jersey, as a Programmer Analyst and Consultant, collaborating with a team to produce modules and schedules for AT&T Customer Connect. His work with Accenture led him to another position as a Consultant for AT&T Kaleidoscope, continuing to support the company with his team management and development skills.

Ian McDaniel returned to New York in 2004 when Citi hired him as Assistant Vice President at the company's Ab Initio Center of Excellence. Working closely with executives at the firm, he oversaw the Global Corporate Operation Technology and Equities departments, gaining experience in many facets of the company, including furthering the design, development, and testing of various technology projects and software. In 2007, Mr. McDaniel received promotion to serve as Citi's Apps Development Project Senior Manager and Vice President, where he managed a team of over 60 professionals. His duties included resource planning, project budgeting, vendor management, business client and senior executive interface, design/code and architecture reviews, and defining standards and re-useable components. In January 2011, he earned a promotion to Senior Vice President. During the past five years at Citi as Vice President and Senior Vice President, Mr. McDaniel has been one of Citi's top leaders in data management technology, delivering innovative, robust, Data Warehousing solutions used by many various divisions of Citi.
