He was Dealer Principal/Director at Griffith & Leeton Motor Group – a multi franchise dealership including the Honda, Mitsubishi, Kia and Isuzu-DMAX franchises, until he sold the business in July 2015. Griffith Motor Group won many awards in the 5 years including MTA NSW Dealer of the Year.

Previous to this Ian was doing Motor Vehicle Consultancy/Coaching through his company Ian Parker Management Group.

Prior to this Ian successfully operated Ian Parker Motor Group for 20 years and was Australia’s most awarded Rural Honda Dealer for Customer Services and Sales. Ian Parker Motor Group also won many awards from MTA, Local Business Chambers etc. Ian Parker Motor Group also established and operated Audi Centre Orange until he sold the business in 2009.Ian also advises on Used Car Department’s and how to make them more profitable, offering training to staff to turn your Used Car Business into your most profitable.
