Ian Wert

Ever since I was a young boy traveling has been a passion of mine. The thrill of exploring new destinations and seeing how places differ from my hometown of Jericho, NY fascinate me. I have had the oppurtunity to travel all over the world which few young men my age have been able to do.

Weather it was through a summer program, vacationing with my family, or even spring breaking with my friends, traveling has always been a major component of my life. I have been to three out of seven continents, and have been lucky enough to see different cultures and their interactions.

My favorite traveling experience is when my parents and I visited my sister who was studying abroad in Florence, Italy. Not only did we go to Florence, but we also went to London, Rome, Milan, Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, and Barcelona. This was an incredible vacation, and a once in a lifetime experience.

As I grow up, I will continue to travel as much as possible. I enjoy seeing what different places have to offer. I enjoy trying new cusines, visiting museums, and seeeing how various cultures differ from eachother. Traveling has made me a more cultured individual.
