I am a motivated and results-orientated individual who has worked within the funding, funded and commercial parts of the cultural sector, which has given me a broad overview of policy, governance, organisational change and delivery.

I have a proven record in creating engaging arts programmes, curating nationally significant visual arts programmes and developing audiences and, which include theatre, visual, digital arts and music, supported by a highly successful learning offer.

I have extensive experience in developing strategic partnerships with organisations including funders, Local Authorities, developers, architects, Universities, Industry and trade organisations and Regional Development Agencies. Working with a broad range of partners I have a innate understanding of partnership development and understand the relationship between the arts and creative industries and commerce.

My passion lies in devising and enabling organisations and companies run effectively and thrive. I enjoy working in cultures which reward and empower the staff to create accessible and high quality experiences.
