I am married to my best friend. I have two children whom I adore. My life is filled with family and friends. I consider myself a career student. I am completing my Master's Degree in Human Movement this year. I am a PES, CES, CSCS, USAW Level I, CPT, PFT, Certified Sports Nutritionist. These are just the beginning of my educational and certified career. Ultimately I want to conduct research in the field and continue teaching new professionals about Human Movement.
