Ian Adipo

Ian Adipo is a Community Development Practitioner with four years of nonprofit experience. He has a vast experience in Disaster Management and Community Development with exceptional understanding in Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Emergency Operation Plan (EOP), Disaster Response Activities, Search and Rescue (SAR) and Disaster Recovery (Rehabilitation and Reconstruction).

He has also excelled at developing staff capacity through training, project evaluation, community-based programmes, project coordination, and gender development. His background has equipped him with transferable skills in areas such as analysis and drafting, programme management, capacity building, and community mobilization.
