I help businesses and organizations understand their customers, organize their content, and build marketing environments that accomplish their goals. I study problems, and work collaboratively with clients to solve those problems in a pragmatic and effective way. I currently use my powers for good at Pennebaker.

Chief responsibilities are managing a team of UX and marketing strategists, as well as leading user research, UX strategy, information architecture, content strategy, and general user empathy. I serve mainly as my clients' wide-angle lens, ensuring they are considering the impact of their decisions on their prospects, customers, users, and sales teams.
