Ian 'Duke' Nolan
is a Writer/Director, Documentary Filmmaker and Actor.

Originally from the Republic of Ireland, he now resides in Vancouver, BC. Ian is known for various different styles of film but specializes in Documentary, Magazine Webisode, Horror and Comedy formats.

Ian is also known for his 'Duke' persona and can be seen hosting his monthly Webisode series called "The Reel Horror Show" at DukofHorror.com. This is a Magazine Webisode series for Horror/Comedy enthusiasts. Focusing more on the camp humor of classic horror movies as opposed to the modern blood and violence approach.
Whether poking fun at old B-Movies, or creating dynamic and informative documentaries, Ian approaches every project with an unmistakeable passion and unique charisma.

After 5 years working in the Independent Film Industry, Ian enrolled in the Digital Film & Video diploma program at
AI Vancouver. He will complete his program in June 2013 and already has big plans for his primary projects along with his "Duke of Horror" brand and "The Reel Horror Show" series.
