I am a passionate, customer-focussed Digital Professional who delivers fundamental business improvement- via the power of digital change and marketing.

My main tools of choice are digital proposition development, product management and customer journeys/ experience. I design and develop sharp, leading-edge customer propositions which allow organisations to improve revenues and control costs.

My industry experience is a well-balanced mix of Telecoms, Media, Technology and Financial Services/ Banking: I work mainly service-based organisations who look to maximise both their customer and commercial effectiveness.

I'm a Chartered Marketer with experience across both brand and product-based marketing; and have worked in both B2C (primarily) as well as B2B environments. Digitally-savvy, adaptable and resourceful, I'm also a keen advocate of business change: which I have delivered in both Waterfall and Agile project environments (I'm also a PRINCE2 Practitioner).
