Hi, I’m Ian. I am an innovator who has been leading churches for 20+ years. My interest now is finding new ways to carry out Jesus' unchanging mission to reach and connect with people, and help them grow as His disciples.

I’m also a writer and speaker, and I'm often found in encouraging and coaching situations like small groups and courses. Alison and I have three grown up children and we live in rural Herefordshire near the Welsh border.

I also like hills and valleys, exploring the Brecon Beacons, technology, baking bread and playing bass guitar.
