Ian Horsewell

I'm a teacher and have been working since last September as a teaching and learning coach with the Stimulating Physics Network, linked to the Institute of Physics. I'm a Chartered Science Teacher, accredited by the ASE.

I have an independent blog and am active on twitter, but the best way to contact me is via email. It's easy to add me to your contacts.

I've written on teaching topics for the Guardian and the Royal Society of Chemistry. I've produced resources for the Wellcome Trust's I'm A Scientist, Get Me Out of Here and contributed to projects for AQA, the National STEM Centre eLibrary and the DfE. I've delivered CPD to colleagues in school and for courses run by the DYHNE Science Learning Centre. Get in touch if you'd like me to work with you or write for you.

At home we've got two cats, three chickens and three kids. I read, a lot. I climb and am usually trying to get back into running. I'm somewhere between an atheist and a humanist, but I'm definitely secular.
