Ian Isaiah Ding
As the Founder and Master Trainer of Terebinth Mastery Resources, Ian believes that success is a quintessential part of life, and it has got to do with a day by day progressive realization of pre-planned, personally worthwhile goals; and that opportunities are everywhere and always ready for you to grab them; it’s only a matter of your readiness and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve success.
At 17, in his first job as a salesperson at Acer Computers Pte Ltd, Ian achieved over $1,000,000 sales in just 10 roadshows, selling 174 computers in the first roadshow that lasted 1.5 weeks which generated over $340,000for the company. For subsequent roadshows, year on year he would constantly achieve the Top Salesman award, always being in the top 5 salespeople.
During his freshman year in 2007 at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Ian founded the Ultimate Frisbee Club together with a handful of committed and like-minded classmates. As founder and president of the Ultimate Frisbee Club, he would chair weekly committee meetings, plan training sessions for over 50 participants, organize orientation camps, sport clinics and competitions - all while juggling with his studies.
Ian is a Certified NLP Mastery Practitioner by Adam State University and the International Society of Neuro-Semantics, USA. Certified by the International Enneagram Association, Ian is also a Certified Enneagram Trainer. Upon NLP certification, Ian went on to conduct training previews as he was completing his Business Degree in Marketing, selling motivational programs for children and teenagers struggling in their studies. His record was selling $80,000worth of programs in 2 hours.
Over the past 10 years, Ian has conductedtrainings, workshops, and seminars to over 15,000 CEOs, Managers, Executives Principals, Teachers, Parents, and Students alike in Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.
