Ian Israel Bunda

Hi! My name is Ian Israel D. Bunda. I just turned 21 this past April 19, 2013. I am currently working as a PMD Manager in a manpower outsouricing company here in Quezon City. Basically, what I does as a PMD Head is that I am the one who handles and monitors all the project managers and project specialists who are the focal people assigned in our clients' depot to attend the concerns of our deployed employees. As a PMD head, it is my task to ensure all my PS and PMs are catering the manpower and HR needs of our clients accordingly. It is my job as well to talk to them regularly to avoid or resolve any employee/client-related issues and problems that will occur. Furthermore, I am also taking the responsibility of the EA whereas I am reporting mainly to the Chief Operations Officer of our company. I am the one who talks to the clients on behalf of her when she is on leave or on important official business transaction outside the office. I am the one who does client emails for her. I am the one who constructs business letters for clients. Presently, I am handling a new project in which I was asked to act as a temporary project specialist. The work of a PS is a very multi-tasking because his/her duties and responsibilities is a combination of HR and Accounting Tasks. Aside from catering the needs and attending concerns of our employees in a certain project, a PS, in HR side, is the one who recruits, interviews and endorses applicants to our clients when there is a manpower request. He also does crucial Accounting tasks like payroll, billing and collection. So there. Basically, that's what I do when I am at the office. I am a PMD Head, a temporary PS and EA all at once. My work may seem very complicated and all, I love it so much! My job makes everyday a new learning ground for me. I was and am able to do things that I thought I would have never done good at before. Through my job, I was able to discover my other capabilities which I have been sharing with my colleagues. That is why my job with Serendipty is really special to me because the management has given me their full trust and support that I can manage to do my job well.
