Ian King is a highly solution-oriented and self-motivated individual with acute attention to detail who understands the importance of effective communication. With an approach and outlook that is characteristically different to most others, he brings to the table a very deep curiosity to explore the depths of continuous improvement.
Ian is currently an EDI analyst and is working to expand his skill set in this capacity. He has already shown proficiency in identifying and resolving EDI issues, system administration, and maintenance of data transfer and integration procedures.
Prior to his current position, he was a logistics, process, and sales support manager with over a decade of experience in people & process management, customer service, and issue resolution. He has managed teams of 5 to 25 people including handling payroll, scheduling, talent acquisition, and performance review and has familiarity operating in multiple regions.
In his time away from the desk, Ian enjoys music and the arts, spending time in nature, as well as finding ways to improve himself physically and mentally. He prides himself on being able to see the big picture of things and putting all the pieces of a complex puzzle together.
