Ian Porter

I'm an educator with academic training and professional experience in rhetorical and cultural studies, media and technology studies, information literacy, librarianship, educational technology, and faculty development. Currently, I teach courses in college composition, technical communication, and interdisciplinary studies (rhetoric, ethics, technology, political economy, and sustainability). My passion is participating in thriving learning communities who value multiple ways of knowing and who seek both knowledge and wisdom in pursuit of a greater common good.
