Ian Lasics

With a wide array of experience and training, Ian Lasics is well versed in systems analysis, design, implementation, and support. Trained in PeopleSoft PeopleTools (I & II), PeopleSoft Business Process Design, and PeopleSoft Financial Aid, Ian Lasics’ work with numerous programs and systems contributed to his expertise in the field. A graduate of Indiana University with an MPA and a BS in Public Affairs, Ian Lasics worked from his strong educational base to establish a career in technology and systems analysis. Ian Lasics presently holds a position as Senior Sales Consultant with Oracle Corporation. Ian Lasics has been associated with a number of professional organizations, including the Higher Education User Group (HEUG) and its Financial Aid Product Advisory Group. He served as the HEUG Track Chair for the Annual Conference in 2004, as well as the Chair of the Product Advisory Group from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, Ian Lasics has delivered presentations on topics like Work Study Processing, Batch Process Scheduling, Introduction to Packaging, and Summer Financial Aid Processing at the HEUG Conference Among the wealth of skills that Mr. Lasics retains, some of his most notable experience includes work with applications development, data conversion, fit/gap analysis, testing, project management, business and technical process reengineering, end user training conversion, and configuration. Ian Lasics has consulted with clients ranging from private and public four year institutions to two year and community college systems.
