Ian Ruzow is a tenured entrepreneur who has successfully partnered with many businesses and causes in the Lancaster, PA, area. Founding his first company along with a few colleagues while still in college, Ian and his business partners continue to conquer the entrepreneurial scene today discovering all types of new opportunities. Currently, Ian serves as a Partner of Oak Tree Development Group among many other ventures. Previously, he served as the COO of Clipper Magazine until his resignation in 2013.
Ian Ruzow and his business partners are currently working on a large project in Lititz called 48 on the Park. For the project, the Oak Tree team will be renovating the existing Wilbur Chocolate Factory building, adding 26 upscale loft-style condominiums, a 74-room boutique hotel, sit-down bistro and small retail shops.
