With a longstanding career in the food and beverage industry, Ian Shehaiber spent six years with Chipotle, initially serving as a district manager. In the position, Ian Shehaiber oversaw locations across Long Island that employed a total of more than 350 people.

Leading the store managers, he developed action plans and strategies that helped the restaurants generate $18 million in annual revenue. Mr. Shehaiber also worked with support staff, such as the marketing and recruitment divisions, to ensure that each outlet had a consistent flow of customers as well as qualified job applicants.

After two years in the role, during which he oversaw consistent revenue growth, he was promoted to regional director of operations. Over the following four years, Ian Shehaiber provided strategic leadership to 91 stores across New York City and Long Island. These locations employed over 2,000 people and generated $190 million in annual revenue.

Alongside increasing revenue, Mr. Shehaiber was also able to reduce costs, such as chargebacks, substantially. Over four years, he decreased annual credit card chargebacks from $1.7 million to $150,000.
