「產業加速器暨專利開發策略中心」以商機為導向，結合學校、政府、產業界資源，由專家替中小企業做系統化的輔導，包含提供技術評估、研發投入、市場調查與商情分析、育成輔導、國際商機媒合到創投引進等一站化的服務，同時邀請具有大型企業實務經驗之企業領袖擔任塾師，為進入育成加速器之企業進行輔導，並輔以由各專業領域人士及育成中心經理人參與投入，透由其所組成之專業團隊，根據企業實際狀況，提出企業診斷、加速目標及執行的策略作法，以打入大企業供應鏈等目標方向卓越成長。由重點產業建立產業專屬加速器，協助更多優質企業穩贏台灣、放眼國際，擴大創造企業價值。

[ 業務範圍 ]

（一）建立平台：掌握三大新興領域—雲端軟體、資訊電子、精密機械之產業輔導資源，從而建立亞州育成加速器合作平台。
（二）定向育成：導引育成功能結構化，推動投資人及專家輔助網絡活動，從而促成價值創造以形塑育成培育加速器。
（三）企業鏈結：替中小企業連結中大型國內外民間企業，拓展新創公司商業脈絡並倍增營收成果。
（四）專利開發：辦理中小企業研發成果專利之申請、審查、維護及策略管理等業務。
（五）海外市場促進：運用國際育成網絡，提供中小企業海外商機資訊以建立雙向培育機制，並提供資金媒合與備忘錄簽署之機會。
