Ibrahim Alusine Kebe holds a PhD in Business Administration from Beijing Jiaotong University. He also earned a Master’s degree and a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management (First Class), from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Quality Assurance from the University of Makeni (UNIMAK).

A seasoned Human Resource Management specialist and Change Management consultant, Dr. Kebe is a prominent lecturer at IPAM, University of Sierra Leone, where he is widely regarded as one of the institution's most outstanding young academics. He has also served as a part-time lecturer at IMATT College, an affiliate of the University of London. Beyond academia, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Meet Professionals SL Ltd and the founder and host of the Meet Professionals TV show, a program dedicated to chronicling the career journeys of distinguished professionals across various industries.

Dr. Kebe has facilitated numerous large-scale public seminars and workshops for young people, drawing thousands of attendees. His sessions cover a broad spectrum of topics, including public speaking, ethics and discipline, gender equality, youth leadership, social media literacy, and substance abuse prevention. An exceptional orator and public speaking expert, he has delivered motivational and keynote addresses at over 60 professional conferences, youth events, and graduation ceremonies in 2019 alone. His impactful work has earned him notable accolades, including the Concord Times Emerging Visionary of the Year award and a spot on the prestigious 50 Influential Young Sierra Leoneans list for 2019/20.

At the heart of Dr. Kebe’s professional mission is youth mentorship and career coaching, with a particular focus on personal management, leadership development, time management, and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. He has participated in seminars both locally and internationally and is a verified mentor with Mentor X Africa, a UK-based global mentoring platform. Deeply passionate about guiding the next generation, his personal interests include reading, writing quotations, and playing and watching soccer. He is currently authoring his first textbook. His guiding philosophy—and personal mantra—is: "To add value to others, one must first value others."
