Ibrahim Falade Is a B.Ed holder in Guidance and Counselling in Ekiti State University. He is aprofessional counsellor trained to work with individuals, Inpatients, outpatients, families, and groups in treating mental, behavioral, vocational, educational and emotional problems and disorders.

He is an active listener, has great communication skills, great interpersonal relationship skills, customer relations, administrative skills, has basic knowledge of MS Office suite, great team work spirit, highly motivated and interested in any job. He is driven and always ready to make a difference wherever he finds himself.

I also have great passion for Human Resources Management, and have completed a specialization course in HRM on Coursera, and I’m eager to put my newly learned skills into practice. I’m also assuming position in any Administrative Sector and Customer Service. As a trained professional Guidance Counsellor, I also have great passion in the public relations departments of large retail organizations.
