I am Ibrahim Zahir, Council Executive at M. Atoll Council, with over 25 years of experience in public service. I hold a degree in Business Administration and IT, and have completed various leadership, ToT, and international training programs.
I currently lead the Atoll Support Service Section, overseeing auditing, monitoring, and IT operations across island councils. I also support digital governance, staff development, and the implementation of council decisions.
