TEACHER's PROFILE

Christina teaches Bahasa Indonesia at international language schools. She developed course materials, teaching tools, and provided translation and interpretation services. As a language instructor, she specializes in customizing and conducting private lessons to corporate and VIP clients who needed to acquire Bahasa Indonesia language skills for work. Her students include corporate chief executives and foreign diplomats. Christina also served as Bahasa Indonesia Language Assessor for the Singapore Tourism Board where she evaluated standards for language and communication.

She has more than twenty years of solid professional experience, which includes working on inter-government and private sector cooperation between Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. In the past ten years, she specialized in corporate communications and press relations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, India, and the Middle East.A firm believer in empowering women through skills training, she has taught computer skills to Indonesian domestic workers at a non-profit organization dedicated to 'enriching lives through financial education’.

Born and raised in Indonesia, Christina was educated in Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore, where she has lived and worked since 2002.
