Jennifer Elford

Hi! My name is Jennifer Claire Elford. I'm a 19 year old Canadian and currently at a crossroads in my life. I was bullied all throughout primary school, and in high school I went through two long-term abusive relationships. I also had an abusive household until very recently. I understand what it is to be bullied, and I understand how hard it is to let words slide off your back. But it got better. I love writing poetry, and I had initially thought to make a career of it. But things didn't work out, and after deciding that I wouldn't let a panel of 'professionals' tell me whether or not my words were good enough, I decided to change my life's path. I am now looking to go to a confectionary arts school in May 2012, so here's hoping I get in! I also love to dance; I'm a bellydancer!
