Hi! Ichlas (E-class) here — currently serving as a contractor at Google, where I handle Sales and Partnership Development across Southeast Asia.

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, I help app businesses grow through ads monetization, while connecting with local developers through community engagement and ecosystem events.

Fun fact about me

• I have over 50K followers on TikTok where I talk about job seeking, remote working, and English improvisation—mostly with Indonesia’s emerging Gen Z talents (I’m a Zillennial myself).
• I studied Humanities with Arabic Literature, and my final research explored homosexuality in the Islamic world, focusing on Abu Nuwas’ Khamriyyat.
• I’ve always been passionate about queer empowerment, and I dream of amplifying equality and open-mindedness within Indonesia’s Islamic society.
• The tech space has transformed my life. Learning and sharing about automation, AI, and personal growth has become something I can’t stop talking about—especially when it comes to helping underprivileged communities in Indonesia.

Connecting in person

I’m mostly around North Jakarta, often hopping between coffee shops or bars in South Jakarta on weekends. A few times a year, I travel across Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and Singapore to stay close to the region’s main business hubs.

There are endless things I want to learn in this world. Right now, I’m diving deeper into Ad Tech, AI, Data, and Leadership—and loving every bit of it.
