Hi, I'm Ishton, a young, innovative Liberian entrepreneur with strong communication skills and a passion for building. I work as a talent Manager and A&R, with a growing interest in technology and its role in shaping the future of the music industry.

Ishmel J.P. Collie, known professionally as Ishton, is a Liberian entrepreneur and creative force building at the intersection of music, media, tech, and culture. As the founder and operator behind ISH KREATIVE / ISH Muxic Inc., he leads a multi-disciplinary company spanning artist management, record label operations, live event production, and social media marketing.

Ishmel serves as co-founder, chief operating officer, and artist manager at Cash On Deck (COD), an independent record label home to a growing roster of Liberian talent. In this role, he drives release strategy, artist development, and day-to-day operations, while overseeing structured campaigns that bring emerging voices in Afrobeat and Afropop to wider audiences.

Under The Kulture House, Ishmel produces flagship live event experiences designed to elevate Liberia's concert culture, working directly with some of the country's leading artists to bring large-scale show concepts to life. He is also the founder of The Kulture Hub, a marketing company dedicated to amplifying independent African artists and brands through sharp, culturally grounded social media strategy.

With deep relationships across artists, managers, and international distribution partners, Ishmel is working toward a broader goal: establishing Liberia as a recognized and respected market within the African music economy, building the infrastructure, partnerships, and platforms that give Liberian music the global reach it deserves.
