Icon Realty Management, is a homegrown NYC company, with over 15 years experience managing buildings and they maintain a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. The company's first property, acquired in 2011, entered the books as a high-end Park Avenue condominium designed by Costas Kondylis. Since that time, Icon Realty Management has continued to enhance its portfolio with purchases of residences once owned by such well-known personalities as Judith Rothschild, Bob Dylan and Malcolm S. Forbes.

Icon Realty continues to invest in and maintain more than 1,800 units across Greenwich Village, the Upper East Side, Chelsea, and other in-demand neighborhoods. Its apartments include a number of luxury features including hardwood floors, recessed lighting, and stainless steel appliances. The company also maintains boutique hotel properties, including the Gem Hotel Chelsea, as well as several buildings with business tenants.

The company's notable deals include an East 10th Street property on Tompkins Square Park, as well as a mixed-use series of buildings in the 300 block of East Ninth Street. The company also recently purchased the five-story, 23-room Chelsea Pines Inn for a reported $14 million. Icon is also planning to build a 208,500-square-foot mixed-use building at 301 East 80th Street.
