Icy Fresno Anabo

I am an International Education Consultant working on international higher education, educational policy research and evaluation, student mobility, and graduate employability. I specialize in policy analysis, qualitative and participatory methods, and case studies on these topics.

l am an occupational therapist by training and have worked as a health care practitioner for children and adolescents with developmental and learning disabilities in Manila, Philippines. Since moving to Europe to study for my master's in 2013, I have worked in both academic settings and private consulting firms in the UK, Spain, and Austria to conduct research in the fields of vocational training, student mobility, and graduate employability.

I hold a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Deusto in Spain. I completed my Joint Master Degree in Lifelong Learning: Policy and Management at the UCL Institute of Education in the UK and the University of Deusto in Spain as an Erasmus Mundus scholarship awardee.

When I’m not doing research work, you can find me reading, taking a walk, and making art.
