Ida Shlain

I am a pharmacist based in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, California, with more than 30 years of experience in community healthcare. I originally studied pharmacy in Ukraine and later completed additional coursework through the University of Southern California to practice in California.

Since becoming licensed in 1990, I have focused on patient care, medication education, and helping people navigate their treatment with confidence. As pharmacist in charge at Capitol Drugs Pharmacy in West Hollywood, I worked closely with the local community, including supporting patients during the HIV/AIDS crisis.

Outside of pharmacy, I enjoy art, museums, galleries, theater, and Broadway shows.
