Radhika Bhalla

I am a designer and a researcher, a generalist who specializes in human experience and behavior design - a process-oriented approach that applies techniques from social science, business, design and technology to the problems of user behavior. I explore the relationship between environments, products and services, and how they can inspire change and transform lives.

I am interested in the psychology behind interaction design, the impact of the built environment on decision-making, the relationship between technology and society, and increasing the public's understanding of design. I like to design public services for social benefit, and love to read about behavioral economics and neuroscience.

At present I am working in the mhealth space, designing products and service that focus on awareness, ease of use, adherence, and integration with their current lifestyle. The infographic geek in me loves to play with how to make health data more meaningful to the user.

I am always looking for opportunities to collaborate with people on gathering behavioral insights.
