After having worked for ten years at a large multinational it was time for a new challenge. As project manager I was responsible for many challenges that I could solve. With great creativity, like thinking outside the box, working off the beaten path and a different perspective to look at a problem. That inspired me tremendously and led many projects to a success. This experience has brought me the idea to start my own company to steer the creative process myself and to guide people and organizations.
