Idoia Iribertegui

My name is Idoia Iribertegui. I was born in Pamplona and I started drawing as soon as I could.It is never too early to start. I did my own comics, with its cover, logo, drawing on the blackboard how I wanted my hair cut, I drew in class and in the street ... I left my village later and I went to study Fine Arts in Salamanca. I spent five of the happiest, fun and productive years of my life and I majored in Graphic Design. In 1996 I packed ​​the cases again and went to Barcelona, the city ​​I owe my career as a graphic designer and illustrator somewhat later. In my 15-year career, I have worked as a graphic designer for design agencies such as Marro Clar, Plural, Orange, customers as Yellow, Custo Barcelona, ​​La Fura dels Baus, Parramón .. . Diagonal TV producers such as Rodar y Rodar, Drimtim ...etc. I worked as an illustrator for publications such as Event, Super Pop, Vital Health and publishers as Cruilla, Barcanova, Teide, Montena, Timun Más .. and I've done illustration work for numerous advertising agencies media. 10 years ago, out of my head came the character Lolita Butterfly , of which I published a collection of strips with the Glenat Publishers Editorial (2009) and a book on the character with Ediciones B (2011). I also collaborate with some humour strips based on this comic character in Cuore Magazine.
