Mourad Idoudi has more than seveneen years of legal experience with Oil & Gas Law and Contracts. He is researcher in Law, holds a Postgraduate Degree in Private Law, specialized in negotiation, Analysis & Drafting of Oil and Gas Contracts as well as other related Agreements. Since 2007 he is working as Senior Legal Advisor in charge of processing cases and critical tasks in the development of the Oil & Gas sector in Tunisia.; He has substantial experience in issues of National & International character and has provides negotiation support and advises on drafting of contracts used in the Oil & Gas industry (e.g. joint operating agreements, production sharing contracts, Gas sale & purchase Contract, unitization and unit operating agreements, farm-in/out contracts, oil and gas transportation agreements, oil and gas lifting agreements, drilling contracts, construction contracts, service contracts and more). He advises on Oil & Gas /energy policy, on structuring and drafting of legislation, regulations and different types of Oil and Gas agreements, on planning and execution of bidding rounds for award of E&P rights on legal issues. He is a member of various committees on upstream, midstream, and downstream Oil and Gas development projects; He is a supervisor of various internship reports written by students with respect to international contracts and agreements signed by ETAP and international partners, has attended a number of continuing trainingseminars and participated in various international conferences. Recently, he participated as a Co-Author in the "EPC" conference in Tunisia on October 2015, and as a speaker on the Mediterrenean Oil and Gas Summit in Rome 25-27 May 2016 and North Africa Oil & Gas Security and Risk Forum (NASR) - Rome-Italy 23-25 October 2016.
