Idunn Jonsdottir

Idunn has 18 years of experience as a Director in the Executive Education Division of IESE Business School. IESE inspires executives from around the world to expand their horizons and develop new methodologies and strategies for success. Idunn excels at finding precisely the path that each executive who passes through IESE New York's doors needs to take in order to achieve new heights in their career. Idunn has shaped the Executive Education Program in New York to be both competitive and collaborative, imparting these values to its participants as they move on to become future leaders around the world.

She previously managed the Managing Director of Custom Programs, where she was responsible for defining the department’s strategic and financial objectives, leading a team of 25 executives and staff in the execution of her department’s objectives on the basis of a shared vision and purpose. The Custom Programs department partnered with over 60 top multinational companies to support their strategy execution through developing learning experiences that transform the participant’s mindset and behaviors, enabling them to make a positive change happening within their organization. Under her tenure, the Custom Programs department ranked #1 in the world by the Financial Times rankings in May 2015 and 2016.

Idunn holds an MBA from IESE Business School,Barcelona, and an Executive Coach Certification (The Columbia CoachingCertification Program) from The Columbia Business School and The TeachersCollege of Columbia University, New York. She also has a Cand. Oecon. degree inBusiness Administration from the University of Iceland.
