This is an attempt to scare myself into eating better. I'm male, 44 years old, 5-11, 200 lbs. I'm not fat but I am over weight. My problem is "I eat like shit"! I'm not sure how I've gone this long living on burgers, pizza, and alcohol. I DON'T do drugs, I don't smoke, I don't eat vegetables (a couple but other than that I hate them). I don't take vitamins and I don't exercise enough. I DO have 15 drinks a week. I do eat fast food. I do eat the occasional piece of fruit. I do wonder how I've made it this far. I'm going to Tweet everything I eat and drink daily and see what it looks like. I won't leave anything out. Sometimes I only eat one meal a day.
