Ifedolapo Olayemi-Okewole

My name is Ifedolapo Olayemi-Okewole and I am a Customer Solutions Consultant with years experience in the Service industry both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom within roles which include providing customer service, training employees and coaching.
I have been active in the service industry since 2007 working with several companies as a first point of contact with clients in both face-to-face and telephone based roles. I have been able to help clients improve on their experiences and also the relationships they have with the companies.
In my roles, I have also had to conduct training for new starters and coaching sessions for employees to improve their performances on the job. This has led to increased productivity and better performances for these employees. My coaching sessions go outside my job roles as I also coach young men and women on relationship matters (matters of the heart) and life.
My job roles have also involved adequate reporting of performance indicators which I have done efficiently especially with the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel.
In addition, I am a Bridal wear Consultant under the flagship of Hadassah Bridals where I have helped brides get the wedding gowns of their dreams at very affordable prices.
