Ifeoma Okafor is a Transformational Coach, Trainer, Speaker and Author with expertise across Business, Leadership, Personal Growth, Organizational Effectiveness and National Development. She is Founder/CEO of Ferrazo Resources, a consulting company that empowers leaders, teams and businesses to maximize potential, develop high-performance culture and achieve meaningful, sustainable organizational goals.

She has facilitated training and capacity building for staff of public, private and social sector organizations including NNPC, NPA, NTA, Nigeria Police Force, Federal Road Safety Commission, Nigeria Civil Defence Corp, Shell Club Port Harcourt, Presken Hotels & Resort, The Promise Fastfood, Valiente Capital, LoveWorld Graduate Network, YALI Network, Rotary Club, POWA.

Ifeoma is a Women Development Expert and a champion for Women's Economic Empowerment. She works with organizations such as International Finance Corporation (IFC), International Labour Organization (ILO), She Leads Africa (SLA), Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF), WIMBIZ, Shecluded, Arya Women Nigeria, VC4A, Lighthouse Women's Network, Grow Movement, Lady2Lady Initiative, to mentor high-potential female founders in Africa, providing them with support to build thriving enterprises that create jobs and transform lives. She founded UNLEASH! Woman, an initiative that equips impact-driven women with tools, skills and opportunities for personal, organizational and national transformation.

Her passion for youth empowerment led her to produce YOUTHVILLE, a weekly radio program for youths in conjunction with Radio Nigeria - Treasure 98.5 FM, Port Harcourt (April 2017 - June 2018). The program reached over 10,000 youths in Rivers State and environs.

Ifeoma has a degree in ANATOMY from University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria and a certificate in ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN EMERGING ECONOMIES from Harvard University EdX. She is a Certified Life Coach, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Therapist and Mental Health Advocate.

She is a member of ForbesWomen Forum, Association of Business Women in Commerce & Industry (ABWCI) and Franco-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI). She was recognized as a Top 20 MSME Founder in 2021 by MSME Africa, and has been featured on several media platforms.
