Tasmanian teacher who after teaching at Dominic College in Hobart for many years progressed to teaching internationally for the last 14; (UK - St Bernards Convent School, Germany -ISD Duseldorf, Qatar - Qatar Academy, Hong Kong - Victoria Shanghai Academy, China - SSIS and now here at TCIS in Korea.
Have had a year off every now and then. Built our beach house in Bicheno, Tasmania in 2009 and after three years teaching in China my wife, Sue and I, had a sabbatical year, July 2013 - July 2014, splitting our time between our house in Hossegor, France and our house in Bicheno, Tasmania. Joined TCIS in Korea this August and are both looking forward to being part of education again.
I enjoy education, especially in the Design or Technology fields, and appreciate the wonderful opportunities teaching has given me. I also like to go 'tech free' and enjoy the calm solitude and quiet reflection time of a few early morning waves on a clear offshore day.
