I'm a polymer Engineer with seasoned industry experience in plastic processing, recycling, polyurethane foam (mattress) and masterbatch production.

A smart thinking leader who has led in various capacities with track records in strategic implementation, team growth and efficient service delivery.

Ifiok is currently a member of the Polymer Institute of Nigeria and a fellow of the African Young Leaders Fellowship program.

As a leadership enthusiast, he holds an Executive Mini-MBA in Leadership and management from the prestigious Accra Business School.

As an entrepreneur and leadership educator, Ifiok, together with his team has taught leadership and entrepreneurship in many high schools including orphanages with hands on training of entrepreneurial skills.

He has volunteer experience with the Federal Road Safety Corp, entrepreneurship sensitization in schools and distribution of relief materials to motherless babies homes.

Ifiok creates smart solutions that solve pressing problems and add value in the agriculture, transport and educational space as a technopreneur.
