Isabel has an unhealthy interest in bacteria and spends most of her day pushing around microbes when she ought to know better. She claims to do this 'for science.'

She is also interested in antibiotic resistance, evolution and more generally how science can save the planet. She thinks languages are brilliant and fascinating and speaks passable spanish and portuguese and will attempt a few words of arabic.
