Sunlight for Human Development Network(Sunlighthdn) is a progressive and dynamic non-profit organization, leading the way in human development and poverty alleviation by implementing viable economic development, educational and capacity-building programs in Pakistan since 2005.The Organization is also focused on the Youth and needs of special children and provides care and support services to the less privileged and vulnerable members of society .We work to promote and protect the rights of children/Women/Youth and to empower them using international standards as a yardstick through advocacy supported by research, awareness raising, service delivery and human and institutional development.

We are working since 2005 in Pakistan. The Sunlight HDN took its present name and was registered with the Government of Pakistan as an NGO under the Societies ACT XXI of 1860.

Our work is guided by international human rights principles and standards, which are integrated at policy and programmer level.

We work according to the guidelines provided by UNCRC (United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child) and ILO (International Labor Organization)

We are working on the following issues in the society.
• Community development and Organization into CBO'S.
• Community motivation.
• Provision of primary health care services.
• Awareness rising in community through literacy programs.
• Income-generation activities.
• Environmental sanitation.
• Promotion of hygienic health practices.

Sunlight HDN is one of the leading, non-profit organization, wholly dedicated to humanitarian services having extensive record of public service, providing shelter, feeding and treating refugees, and rescuing victims.

Our dedicated services include Education for poor children, Gender issues, Reproductive health awareness & capacity building of NGOs & individuals and HIV/AIDS. Rescue & Relief, Rehabilitation & Development, Healthcare, Community Services and Income generation activities

Our sole aim is service to humanity without discrimination by religion, race, cast, sect, language, or political affiliation.

Sunlight HDN has also helped people affected by natural calamities like earthquakes and floods, and in the settling of displaced persons and refugees nationally and internationally.
