I am currently a General Partner with Oak Investment Partners and I currently focus on investing across the technology sector, with an active interest in communications, and consumer Internet companies. My current investments include Affinity Media (interactive entertainment platform), CDNetworks (pan-Asian CDN), Giosis Gmarket (pan-Asian e-commerce), Kayak (travel search), Tikona Digital Networks (wireless services in India), Wonga (online financial services) and Ybrant (digital marketing services). My past investments include Airespace (acquired by Cisco, CSCO), Gmarket (NASD: GMKT, later acquired by eBay), iTouch (acquired by Buongiorno, BNG.MI), and Kenet (acquired by Intersil, ISIL). I was also a founding investor and Director of an oil & gas exploration company, PetroDorado (TSX: PDQ.V), targeting Colombia, Peru and Paraguay. Prior to joining Oak, I worked for Goldman Sachs, in Hong Kong and New York, with their Special Situations and Private Equity groups. I also held a number of operating and business positions with Schlumberger-Wireline & Testing across the Middle East, North Africa and the North Sea Region.
