Ifeoma “Ify” Halim is a Lagos-based writer and media enthusiast with a passion for empowering people through her work.

Her love for sharing success stories inspired her to start a bi-weekly column called True African Gems on Edufrica, an online platform for African students on the continent and in the diaspora. Profiled individuals include Chude Jideonwo, Clemantine Wamariya, Kasia Muoto, Yagazie Emezie, Prince Adu-Appiah and other inspiring individuals.

She currently works at ConnectNigeria.com, Nigeria's most innovative information portal and the organizer of Nigeria's biggest SME conference till date.

Ify studied International Relations at Keele University, finishing with a First Class degree in International Relations.
