My husband, myself, and our partner recently re-opened Capitol Grill here in Jackson. We work 7 days a week to bring great food, service, and a great atmosphere to our guests. We are an upscale sports bar that features an 11ft wide projector. Our Executive Chef and has worked for the Four Seasons hotel company in California and Arizona, and was recently nominated for Best New Chef and Best Overall Chef in Jackson. Our beer program has been nominated for Best Beer Selection, and we are finalists for Best Happy Hour.
