Ignacio Duron

I’m Ignacio Duron, a business owner, youth coach, and proud father from North Hollywood. I grew up in a hardworking family that taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and showing up for the people around you. Those values shaped who I am today as the CEO and co-founder of Most Valuable Plumber, a company my siblings, brother-in-law, and I built from the ground up. We started small, serving local neighborhoods across Los Angeles County, and grew by focusing on honesty, quality work, and treating every customer with respect.

My career began hands-on in the plumbing field, learning each part of the job through real experience. That background helps me lead my team with a practical mindset and a strong understanding of the trade. Along the way, I earned my associate’s degree in Business Administration and Economics and am now working toward my bachelor’s degree in Business Law at Arizona State University.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about coaching youth football and basketball. I love helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, and leadership skills—lessons that shaped my own life. My free time is spent with my family, playing sports, watching games, and staying active in my community.
