I serve as the Leader for Infrastructure, Energy and Mining practices at Herbert Smith Freehills. I regularly advise clients on deals in a wide range of jurisdictions, particularly, in the Latin America and the Africa (Portuguese and Spanish speaking countries) practices from Madrid. I work with infrastructure funds, major corporation banks and public entities on domestic and cross-border transactions.

I have extensive and wide-ranging experience, particularly in the following sectors: power and renewables, oil & gas, mining, water and waste, transport, defense and government. I advise on major corporations, global investment banks, equity sponsors and public entities on domestic and cross-border transactions including acquisitions and disposals, PPP's, project development and finance, privatizations, regulatory issues as well as litigation and arbitration matters related to the energy, mining, environment and infrastructure sectors.
